Monthly Peer Supervisor Collaboration - Indiana Association of Peer Recovery Support Services

Leadership and support are vital to the success of any program or effort. IAPRSS is dedicated to supporting those persons who provide leadership and supervision to peer recovery support professionals.

As a component of this, we invite anyone in a peer leadership position to join us for our monthly Peer Supervisor collaboration. This collaboration will allow those providing leadership to peer recovery professionals to connect and learn from each other. Some benefits and topics for these gatherings may include:

Updates on what is the current state of peer support across Indiana and nationally
Identified service delivery modifications from supervisors
How peers in recovery are being supported by their supervisor and organization
Current strengths/concerns with peer programming
Anything else supervisors would like to discuss/share
